I just read this email I got from paypal.

“We were recently notified that one of your buyers filed a chargeback and
asked the credit card issuer to reverse a payment made to you on Nov 23,
2011.

The buyer claims that this purchase was made without authorization to use
the credit card. Their credit card issuer needs additional information from
you about this transaction.”

Someone is disputing me for $20. From November. Not because they never received their order, but because “the buyer claims that this purchase was made without authorization to use the credit card?” And they need additional information from me? What is a tracking number going to do if someone thinks their credit card was used without permission? And why contact me three months later? And aside from the above statement, there’s no further information. That leaves me with nothing to work with.

What even. Geez that makes me not want to sell anymore.
